A professional and meticulous job by people who are a genuine pleasure to have in the house
Derek and Karen May have just finished decorating almost every room in our large Victorian house, 10 rooms and a 3 floor stairwell (including banisters) and landings. Again they did a professional and meticulous job. Everything was carefully protected. Books could safely stay on shelves and wine in racks. Not one drop of paint got where it shouldn’t.
Every surface was filled, sanded, perfectly prepared and painted, all with consummate skill. Their attention to detail was amazing. The kitchen units were so beautifully repainted, they look brand new again.
The Mays are a genuine pleasure to have in the house. They cleared-up and cleaned immaculately at the end of every day. They are decent, kind, trustworthy, courteous, hardworking, reliable and above all professional. Indeed, should it be necessary next time, I would be entirely happy to hand them the keys to the house and leave them to complete the project on their own.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Derek, his wife and colleague painted my hall, staircase and landing recently. They were great. The job was finished within the time quoted and at the price quoted. They were lovely to have in the house and I felt very comfortable in their company. They clearly enjoy their work and take pride in doing an excellent job. Thank you.

A fantastic job
We came across Derek and Karen when they were decorating a neighbour's house. We approached them and asked for a quote for a small painting job we needed - they came and looked, offering some suggestions and solutions as to what could be done to decorate some problematic areas and left us some colour charts to choose from. A start and end date was arranged and stuck to, as was the quote - no hidden extras. The quality of their work was excellent, and they cleaned up and tidied after finishing every day. We will definitely be having them back next time we need some decorating done.

High quality job
Mr (and Mrs) May are very trustworthy and very reliable with a high attention to detail. They did a very good job filling, sanding and smoothing out my rough walls and cracks in two interior rooms. They did it so well that I didn't need a plasterer. They also did an excellent job cutting in the paint along the edges of white window frames outdoors and cutting in along the edges of skirting boards and door frames indoors.

Brilliant
What can I say.......Derek and Karen are just wonderful. They have now completed two major jobs for me: redecorating my mum's house inside and out and as I was so impressed they have also now decorated my hallway and small bathroom.
They are friendly, very professional and have extremely high standards . They are also very helpful and have given me tips for smaller jobs I am intending to do myself.
Would not hesitate to ask them back and reccomend them to friends, in fact I now have list of jobs I would like them to come back to do for me in the future.

Honest, hardworking, and friendly. Always do what they say they will do and finishes on time and on budget. Courteous and reliable, they are meticulous in their work and clean up thoroughly each evening.
